Load puff with powder and tap off excess or massage into puff for more control. Press and roll powder into skin, starting with shine-prone areas. Reload puff and apply as needed. For targeted application in smaller areas, use the Eye Blender Brush. For all-over application, use the Sheer Powder Brush. Brushes sold separately.
