2. Important Shipping Information

Retail Customers Only: Free shipping thresholds and rates apply to retail purchases only. Wholesale or bulk orders are subject to separate freight quotes.
Order Processing: Most orders are processed and dispatched from our Kwun Tong warehouse within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Taxes & Duties: Please note that our shipping fees do not include local taxes, VAT, or import duties. Customers are responsible for any customs fees required by their home country upon arrival.
Unlisted Regions: If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping will be calculated automatically based on the weight of your parcel.
High-Risk & Conflict Zones: We strive for global coverage; however, delivery to certain regions (including but not limited to Russia, Ukraine, and Yemen) may be temporarily suspended or subject to longer transit times due to local conditions.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's journey from Hong Kong directly to your doorstep.
